Want your festival guests to be wholly nourished throughout their experience? Kaya can cater for the masses and has a Toast POS system. This means we can be hired to supply food to all your attendees if the cost of meals is included in their ticket, or set up our own traditional vending booth.
The Kaya Cafe is a Macrobiotic focused kitchen - from the Greek words macro, which means large or long, and bio, which means life. The word, “Kaya” carries a multitude of meanings from different cultures around the world. We chose it for the Sanskrit interpretation, “to feed someone from your soul”. Our aim is to provide staff, artists, and camp attendees with the clean, adequate, nutritional fuel they require to have the most productive and heightened experience possible. Our kitchen has high standards for quality, but a flexible cooking approach to accommodate all diets, desires, themes, and restrictions. The majority of each meal is free from dairy, excessive fried foods, refined sugar, and gluten - meaning anyone can feel comfortable safely indulging at our cafe.
