Chef Cieraphine regularly conceives of recipes while asleep - accessing an untouched world of complex flavor profiles and techniques when she navigates these limitless dreamscapes. Her exotic, ineffable menus usually begin backwards - by dreaming up the dessert first, then building the rest of the courses around it when she awakens. Each guest at one of these special, thematic pop-up meals gets to experience and savor what it means, to live your dreams…. and taste them too. Always on the hunt for new venues, pushing her own boundaries as a creative, and never interested in repetition, Ciara strives to truly capture the essence of what it means to enjoy a meal - a fleeting moment in time of shared presence and communion with those we love - in an ever changing landscape of color, vibration, flavor, and profundity.

Since every pop-up dinner Kaya executes is a different theme, we are always on the hunt to collaborate with a diverse array of venues. While we can provide and set up our own commercial kitchen anywhere, spaces that already have kitchens are preferred. Contact us if you are interested in co-creating and hosting a unique dining experience at your venue.
